• Just a quick note to let you know your suggestions for clearing up my pond have really worked. The UV light and the microbe solution were expensive, but they seem to do the trick.After fighting this for over two years, I am glad to finally have it rectified! Thanks again.

 Fred Johnson's company, Custom Ponds & Fountains, installed the fountain equipment and plumbing system for the North Carolina Zoo's Prairie Geyser last year in a two week period of time between April 28 and May 8^th.  The equipment consisted of a 6' x 6' heavy duty, custom fabricated fiberglass discharge sump housing the 3" nozzle, adjustable water level sensor, overflow and sump pump, four 30" x 30" heavy duty fiberglass discharge sumps with smaller nozzles and one 8' x 8' x 10' tall subterranean equipment vault with all pump and control equipment housed inside - and all associated plumbing.

 Mr. Johnson followed Delta Fountain's specifications to the letter in excavating and surveying, installing and plumbing the system. While excavating for the equipment vault the installer hit rock, which had to be broken up and removed before installation could continue. Mr. Johnson handled this and all other issues of the installation calmly and skillfully.

I would recommend (or again employ) Fred Johnson and his company for a fountain project of any size based on his professionalism on our job, his knowledge of the functional requirements for this sensitive equipment, his problem solving capabilities and his overall sense of responsibility to the client.
